1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing ParcelPilot or booking a parcel delivery, users agree to these Terms and Conditions and all applicable laws and platform policies.
2. Service Description
ParcelPilot provides parcel booking, intracity delivery, intercity delivery, tracking and delivery partner assignment services through its digital logistics platform.
3. User Responsibilities
Users must provide accurate account, pickup, delivery, contact and parcel details. Users are responsible for ensuring parcel contents are lawful and properly declared.
4. Booking Rules
Bookings are subject to serviceability, partner availability, parcel type, weight, address accuracy, payment status and operational acceptance by ParcelPilot.
5. Parcel Packaging Requirements
Customers must pack parcels safely using appropriate packaging for the item type. Fragile, liquid, electronic or sensitive items must be packed with additional protection.

9. Tracking Information
Tracking updates are provided for user convenience and may depend on partner updates, connectivity, system availability and operational events.

Cancellation eligibility depends on booking status. Orders may be restricted from cancellation after partner assignment, pickup or transit has started.

Refunds, where applicable, are reviewed based on payment status, cancellation timing, failed service conditions and administrative verification.
12. Failed Deliveries
Deliveries may fail due to incorrect addresses, unavailable recipients, restricted locations, unpaid charges, unsafe conditions or customer non-response.
